We will normally ship all orders through the US postal service which requires a valid mailing address, not a physical address unless they are the same. Oversized packages may be shipped FedEx or UPS and you will be notified prior to shipping. Standard shipping is priority mail which runs 2-3 days. All items are shipped within 7-10 business days and should arrive within 2 weeks of your order date. You will be notified of a potentially back ordered product and any delay in shipping your products if applicable. Need a rush? Just Ask. Email christy@metalmarkers.org for special shipping requests. Orders are shipped several times a week and many items can be shipped within 3-4 days if it is in stock . All orders received after 2:00 PM Central time are considered next day orders.



South Paw Gifts offers the following Returns Policy: Returns are accepted for all products which may have a defect or other flaw. Each product is checked prior to shipment to ensure the best quality possible. Returns cannot be accepted simply because the customer changes their mind. Items must be returned within 30 days of original invoice date and with original packing slip. Please contact us at southpawgifts@gmail.com or (931) 684-1334 for return instructions.


Free engraving is available on all noted products. You will find details in the item description. If you would like to have one of our items engraved and it is not flagged as a free engraving product, just ask. We have had questions in the past concerning why we don't offer free engraving on all Zippo lighters. Most of the lighters are either brass or chrome plated brass and unfortunately brass is one of the very few products that doesn't engrave well with our laser. We strive to only sell products we would purchase ourselves and we certainly would not sell a poorly engraved product to anyone.
